Alma’s two principals, Alison Sarginson and Mark Heslop, have worked together since 2001, and bring more than 50 years of combined experience advising organisations across a wide range of sectors in New Zealand and internationally.
We work alongside boards, executives, and senior leaders to bring clarity to difficult decisions — particularly where demand is rising, resources are limited, and the consequences of getting it wrong are real.
Our work typically includes strategic and board support, service sustainability and operational reviews, business cases and financial modelling, public–private partnerships and joint ventures, and performance measures and reporting.
