Succession Planning
A politician thinks of the next election; a statesman of the next generation.
[James Clarke (1854-1916)]
Succession Planning can’t be done in a weekend. Not only does it need careful consideration but it may take many years to implement to maximise and realise the value. The more time you allow the better the outcome. We recommend that you begin planning at least three to five years in advance of your ideal exit date from your business.
We’ll help you identify and analyse all of the options available, which may range from outright sale, to bringing in a successor, developing the remaining members of the management team or winding-down the business.
To understand the likely options of these options we can assist you to achieve an in-depth understanding of your business, its value, the valuation process and how it should be applied.
